 Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, the BU president announces that the youth care departments in the university’s faculties will initiate, on Thursday, to be handed the nomination forms of students’ Unions elections for the new academic year 2022/2023. He announces that there will be a central committee under the presidency of Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students’ affairs in order to keep an eye on the elections in its different stages and there will also be subordinate committees in the University’s faculties to supervise the elections and facilitate the hardships that may hinder its procedures. It’s noteworthy that these committees have the vice dean of the students’ and education affairs, several the faculties’ members, the youth care department employees and unnominated students as its members. It is also important to say that the runoff voting will be held in 5^th of December, the elections of the committee-secretaries and their assistants’ elections in the faculties will be held in 6^th of December, the elections of the students’ union and his deputy will be held in 7^th of December and the process of election will be over in 8^th of December.

In accordance with the University’s endeavor to support the scientific research and merge it with the industry and knowledge investment, , Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president keeps an eye on the technical committee work regarding the ideas and suggestions assessment of the E-incubators in the University biological technology and the University’s incubator of the medical and laboratory sets (Meditech).

The committee includes Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the vice president of post-graduate studies and scientific research (the head) and the membership of Prof.Dr. Omar Farouk, the head of the scientific research and technology Academy, Prof.Dr. Majed Ghoneima, the head of the companies and marketing sector in the creators and the genius fund, Prof.Dr. Amr EL-Awamori, the executive manager of Benha University ‘s biological technology, Prof.Dr. Nader Abdel Wahab, the executive manager of MedTech incubator, Eng., Tamer Fathy, a business advisor and Eng., Mohamed Hossam Khedir, a business advisor.

 As Cairo ICT 2022 exhibition is now up and running from 27-11-2022 to 30-11-2022, Benha University invites its staff to take part in this exhibition. This one is held in the presence of the presidents of the governmental and the non-governmental Universities, the international Companies and the key authorities. In Benha University’s endeavor to link Benha University to sign partnership deals with the industry entrepreneurs and businessmen, Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president hosts Eng. Walid Khamis Asfour, the chairman of the board in the Company of Crystal Asfour to discuss the possible cooperation between both sides. This is done in the presence of Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed Fouda, the vice president of community service and environment development sector, Prof.Dr. Abdel Moneim shams EL-Kornfolly, the dean of the fine arts, Prof.Dr. Lofty Abu Salim, the dean of the faculty of science, Prof.Dr. Ayman EL-Shehaby, the dean of the faculty of engineering/ Benha, Prof.Dr. Ayman Samir, the head of innovation center in the University and Ms. Rania Motaaz, the assistant secretary-general of community service and environment development.

Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, the BU president with prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs host the team of national authority of quality assurance and accreditation that is led by prof.Dr. Adel Zein, the professor in the faculty of engineering in Aswan, prof.Dr. Mohamed EL-Ghandour, the professor in the faculty of engineering in Port Said. This is done in the presence of prof.Dr. Ayman EL-Shehaby, the faculty's dean, prof.Dr. Saad Mahmoud Saad, the head of quality assurance and accreditation center, the faculty's deputies, the departments' heads, the programs coordinators in accordance with the renewal of the faculty's accreditation. In the meantime, BU president and the faculty's dean makes sure that the educational process is up and running.

Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, the BU president presides over a meeting of the Unified certificates center in the presence of prof.Dr. Nasser El-Gizaway, the vice president of post-graduate studies and scientific research, prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of students and educational affairs, Ms. Shereen Shawky, the University's secretary-general, prof.Dr. Ahmed EL-Bitar, the center's head, prof.Dr. Shady EL-Mashhad, the It advisor, the assistant secretary-generals in addition to the post-graduate and students affairs offices GMS. 

Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president issues a decree to assign Prof.Dr. Mohamed Badr EL-Din EL-Husseini Abu Arab, the vice dean of the faculty of arts to care take the deanship position in the faculty of arts.

During the inauguration of the Gym in Kufr Saad, the BU president stresses that the university hostels are still fertile realm to conduct the students’ activities and entertainment. Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president inaugurates the GYM in Kufr Saad with Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of students and educational affairs, Prof.Dr. Sayed Abd EL-wanes, the general supervisor of the university hostels, Prof.Dr. Ashraf Awaad, the supervisor of Benha University’s hostels and Prof.Dr. Awaad Allah Soliman, the general manager of the University hostels.  In the meantime, Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president goes on a tour in which he makes sure that the students are given high quality services inside the University hostels.

As Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president to support the students’ activities and honor the top students in the scientific, cultural and sport fields, Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of students and educational affairs honors the male and the female winner in the qualifications of the ideal students competition of the academic year 2022/2023 in the presence of Prof.Dr. Hani Shehata, the vice dean of the faculty of specific education of community service and environment  development and Prof.Dr. Mesbah EL-Kheliy, the head of youth care department in the University.

Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president inspects the educational process and the exams in the faculties of agriculture and veterinary medicine with Prof.Dr. Mahmoud EL-Zabalaowy, the dean of the faculty of agriculture and Prof.Dr. Amani Abbas, the dean of the veterinary medicine and the vice deans of both faculties. During his tour, the University president makes sure that everything is up and running, listens to the students’ suggestions and recommendations. This is done in accordance with the students’ dialogue in Benha University’s faculties.
